NIYYAH NARRATIVE is a Toronto-based small business specializing in halal nail polish and custom charm bracelets. All products are handmade or customized and delivered locally within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

2. Eligibility

By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Custom Products & Made-to-Order Sales

All of our nail polish and charm bracelets are custom-made or made to order. This means that each item is carefully crafted based on your selection of colors, letters, and other personalization details. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

Variations may occur in colour or finish due to the handmade nature of the products.Production begins shortly after order placement, and modifications cannot be guaranteed after the order is submitted.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellations

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. You may cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase by emailing us at [Insert Email]. After this period, cancellations cannot be guaranteed as your order may already be in production.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the payment methods available on our site.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver orders only within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

All sales are final due to the custom nature of our products.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.If your item is received damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (e.g., photos) to request a resolution.Approved issues may be eligible for replacement or store credit at our discretion.
