We currently ship exclusively within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), including:

Note: Orders placed for addresses outside the GTA will be automatically cancelled and refunded within 3–5 business days.

❗ Missed Deliveries & Reattempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful:

We allow cancellations or shipping address changes within 1 hour of order placement.

🔁 All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom and personal nature of our products, all sales are final.

This applies to but is not limited to:

Halal Nail Polish:

All colour blends. Limited edition or seasonal shades. Personalized packaging

Charm Bracelets Jewelry:

Bracelets with Arabic letter charmsCustom word/name designsSpecial edition or curated bundles

Once your order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging and quality-checking each order before it leaves our studio. However, if you receive a product that is:
